Private Notes in the Me app attach a personal note to any phone number (a saved contact or a total stranger) visible only to you. The note pops up automatically on the caller ID the next time that number calls, so the context arrives with the call.
With Me App, you can add private notes to contacts and non--contacts, follow up on important numbers, and remember every important caller.

With Me, you can add personal notes to saved contacts or unknown numbers - and keep them private, for your eyes only.
Add notes directly from the Caller ID screen, from the Call Summary Screen after a call, or anytime from the number’s profile in the app.
How to add a note to a number?
Tap any contact or number profile in the Me App → tap Add Note or Edit Note.
When you receive or make a call, you can add a note directly from the Caller ID screen.
When a call ends, the Call Summary Screen appears automatically. Tap the note icon, add your private note, and save important details before you forget them.
You can also add or edit notes anytime from the contact or number profile inside the app.
To delete notes, go to the Discover section in the app menu, tap Notes, and delete the note you no longer need.
On iPhone, you can add or edit notes from the profile inside the app.

All your notes are collected under Menu > Notes, and each one is also right there on the number's profile screen: add, edit or delete from wherever you happen to be when you remember.
