Flash on Incoming Call makes your Android phone blink its camera flash (torch) whenever a call comes in: a visual ring. It is the alert that works when the phone is on silent, the room is loud, the phone is face-down across the desk, or you are hard of hearing.
How to activate Flash on Incoming Call?
There are two ways in order to activate flash on incoming calls:
1. a. Go to Meapp settings (My Profile -> Settings -> App Settings) and choose Caller id - check Enable Flash on incoming calls.

2. When our Smart Caller Id pops, touch on the Settings button, and there check Enable Flash on incoming call.
Easy, Simple and Very Helpful!
When a flashing alert beats a ringtone
- Meetings and silent hours: the phone stays quiet, the flash still tells you someone is calling.
- Loud places: workshops, kitchens, concerts: a ringtone loses, light does not.
- Accessibility: for hard-of-hearing users the flash is a first-class ring, not an afterthought.
Good to know
The flash blinks only while the call is ringing and runs alongside your normal ringtone and the Me caller ID popup: it replaces nothing. Prefer your phone to speak instead of blink? Turn on Talking Caller ID and hear the caller's name read aloud. Both toggles live in the same Caller ID settings screen, two taps from the smart caller ID popup itself.
Turning it off again
Heading into a cinema or a lecture where a blinking phone is worse than a ringing one? The switch works both ways: the same checkbox in the Me app settings, or the settings button on the caller ID popup, turns the flash alert off in seconds, and back on when you are out. Since the setting lives inside Me rather than the system, it follows the app across phone upgrades along with the rest of your preferences.
