This feature instantly appears after a call, offering  a variety of actions and options that can be performed quickly and easily – all within one centralized screen.

Organized Tabs for Easy and Quick Management
The new screen is divided into several tabs that allow you to perform different actions easily and in an organized manner

Here’s what you can find in the new Call Summary Screen:

1. Contact Information

Call Details

• Call Time: Quickly access the call’s time and duration.
• Call Type: Easily identify whether the call was incoming or outgoing.

Business Connection:

• Caller Identification: Quickly see the caller’s name.
• Mutual Contacts: View the number of shared contacts between you and the caller to gain insights into mutual connections.

In the Contact tab, you can see the caller’s details in an organized manner:

• Caller Name: The app will identify the caller’s name.
• Call Back Option: Easily call back with a single tap.
• Send a Direct Message or WhatsApp: Communicate with the caller through your preferred method.
• Send an Email: Quickly send a follow-up email.
• Add to Contacts: Save the caller to your contacts with one tap.
• Share Contact Information: Share the caller’s information with others easily.

2. Leads

In this tab, you can tag the number and efficiently manage leads through the following stages

• New Lead: Mark the number as a new lead.
• In Progress: Track leads currently in the business process.
• Closed Deal: Keep track of leads where the deal has been successfully closed.
• Not Relevant: Tag leads that are no longer relevant.

3. Notes

In this tab, you can create personal notes and save important information about the call.
his lets you document everything directly from the screen, making it easy to revisit the details later when needed.”

4. Reminders

To ensure you don’t forget important follow-ups, you can add reminders directly from the screen.
As a result, these reminders will help you revisit the call and complete other tasks later on

5. Automated Messages

You can choose from a variety of pre-written automated messages.
whether you want to thank the caller or send a follow-up message after the call, all the tools you need are ready for you.
Moreover, there’s the option to edit and create custom messages to ensure they perfectly fit your needs.”

6. Closing the Screen

You can easily close the Call Summary Screen by tapping anywhere on your phone screen or by pressing the X button.

Personalizing the Screen

If you prefer the old Call Summary Screen, you can easily switch back through the settings:

1. Go to Settings in the app.
2. Navigate to Business Profile Settings.
3. Turn off the option Enable Business Call Summary Screen to revert to the previous version
