* choose  Normal clear

Open me app-–> Tap on the logo–> click on “Caller id troubleshooting“

Make sure everything is turned on

1. Go to Phone settings->apps-> search for ME 

click mobile data

Now look at the picture and make sure it looks the same with your device:
